TSCRA Special Ranger Larry Hand, Dist. 13 in East Texas, reports the killing and mutilation of a 3-day-old calf at a property near Lindale in Smith County on the evening of June 25 or early morning of June 26. Anyone with information on similar incidents in Smith or Wood counties, as well as this case, are urged to call Special Ranger Hand at 903-592-5252.
