The TSCRA Leadership Development Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) committed to future generations of land and livestock stewards and leaders.
Program Areas
The programs and resources supported through the Leadership Development Foundation provide education, professional development and financial assistance to students and future stewards of land and livestock in the Southwest.
High School Programs
High school programs provide young leaders an unparalleled opportunity to gain beef industry knowledge and grow their professional development skills.
Collegiate Programs
Collegiate programs provide students with personal learning experiences, and a chance to broaden their network, connect with leading industry figures and gain professional development skills.
Internships
Internship programs through TSCRA provide one-of-a-kind opportunities for students to network with stakeholders throughout the beef industry and gain valuable experience working alongside our staff and leadership.
Professional Development
TSCRA has developed educational and networking opportunities for cattle raisers ages 18 to 40 to learn about their chosen industry, develop leadership skills and make vital contacts to advance their careers in agriculture.
2024 Young Cattle Raisers Clay Shoot & Dinner
The 2024 Young Cattle Raisers Clay Shoot & Dinner brings together the next generation of ranchers, landowners, wildlife managers and others who are interested in the future of the great Southwest. Young professionals aged 25-40 can connect with like-minded individuals to network, learn and enjoy the clay shooting, an open bar and dinner social.

Working Grant Program
TSCRA Leadership Development Foundation’s Working Grant Program was established to help business owners in the beef industry who intend a long-term career in the beef industry to commence and/or grow their Beef Businesses.
