FORT WORTH, TEXAS – Come join the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) for a ranch gathering Thursday, May 31, at the Bowie Community Center in Bowie. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by a complimentary beef dinner.
Donnell Brown, seedstock and marketing manager for RA Brown Ranch, will give a presentation on the importance of youth in agriculture. Allen Jackson, Micro Beef Technologies, will discuss new value added technologies for cattle.
“TSCRA ranch gatherings are a great place for folks to get together for fellowship and discuss what’s going on in the cattle business. These gatherings aren’t just for TSCRA members. Anyone interested in the cattle industry is invited to attend,” said Joe Parker Jr., rancher and TSCRA president.
The event is open to the public. All members of the press are invited to attend.
Please RSVP to 800-242-7820, ext. 192, or [email protected].
The Bowie Community Center is located at 413 Pelham St. in Bowie.
