TSCRA Director Clayton Henry, Wichita Falls, testified Monday, June 30, before the Texas Legislature Joint Interim Committee to Study Water Desalination. The hearing was held in Wichita Falls.
Henry emphasized TSCRA’s policy on groundwater ownership with respect to brackish groundwater and provided state legislators on the committee with some issues of concern and interest to landowners relating to desalination of brackish groundwater.
