TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings, Dist. 5 in northeast Oklahoma, reports the theft of a welder, torch, custom trailer and other equipment from a property near Bartlesville sometime after June 25. Stolen was a Lincoln Ranger 250 welder, a Victor torch set, two Superior Welding torch bottles, a black Superior Welding 5-by-8-foot custom welding trailer with a metal floor, one tool box, a built-in custom torch stand, white wheels, low profile tires and a bent right fender.
