TSCRA Special Ranger Ben Eggleston, District 2 in the eastern Texas Panhandle, reports the theft of a John Deere tractor from a property in Wheeler County. Sometime on Jan. 23 a thief or thieves cut a fence to steal the 2007 John Deere tractor, model number 4520 and serial number LV4520P347444. The tractor has an attached loader, bucket and MX6 brush mower.
