TSCRA Special Ranger Marvin Wills, Dist. 15 in Central Texas, reports a hay trailer was stolen from a property near Lott in Falls County. Some time between Aug. 3 and 6 a thief or thieves cut a lock to steal a yellow Hay King 5 bale trailer, serial no. 1K9GH3922FT304099. The trailer’s tong jack has a plow disk welded onto the bottom of the jack and the hubs on the wheels have an added grease fitting.
