TSCRA Special Ranger Troy McKinney, Dist.11 in North Texas, reports a Holstein-cross cow missing from a property near Muenster in Cook County. The gray 4-year-old cow was heavy bred and branded with a 7 on the left shoulder. She was last seen mid-March.
