Special ranger membership contest winner attends NFR in Vegas

TSCRA Special Ranger Marvin Wills, Dist. 15,  was top recruiter in the 2015 membership contest for special rangers. The grand prize for top recruiter was a paid trip to the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas. TSCRA Director Curtis Younts, chair of Association Promotion Committee, has sponsored the trip for the last 3 years. Each year TSCRA offers prizes for the special ranger and TSCRA member who recruits the most new members for the association.
