Reward offered for information on saddle stolen in Wichita Falls

TSCRA Special Ranger John Bradshaw, Dist. 9 in North Central Texas, and local law enforcement authorities are seeking information on a saddle stolen in Wichita Falls on Sept. 14. The saddle is a Bob Marrs roping saddle on a Buster Welch tree, a 16 ½ inch rough out seat and skirt, and swells tooled with a floral pattern. There is a steer on each corner of the skirt and the stirrups are aluminum.
The victims are offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the location and recovery of the saddle. In addition, they are also offering a separate $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect or suspects involved in the theft.
Anyone with information on this case is urged to contact TSCRA’s Operation Cow Thief hotline at 888-830-2333 or TSCRA Special Ranger Bradshaw at 940-389-6123. Individuals may choose to remain anonymous.
