FORT WORTH, TEXAS – Come join the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) for a ranch gathering Thursday, Oct. 6 at the Noble Foundation Ranch in Marietta, Okla.. The gathering will begin at 3 p.m. with registration followed by tours, educational programs, a beef dinner and entertainment.
“TSCRA ranch gatherings are a great place for folks to get together and discuss what is going on in the cattle business and how they can help,” said Joe Parker Jr., rancher and TSCRA president. “These gatherings aren’t just for TSCRA members. Anyone interested in the cattle industry is invited to attend.”
The event will include tours of a cattle handling facility and the GrowSafe facility. Programs will include feral hog control, the effects of prescribed burning on grazing, preventative cattle maintenance, and a discussion on protecting your cattle and equipment against theft.
The event is open to the public. All members of the press are invited to attend.

The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association is a 134-year-old trade organization.
