TSCRA Special Ranger Hal Dumas, District 21 in East Texas, reports 30 black branded cows missing from a property in Robertson County on Oct. 19. The cows are black with a J brand on the l eft hip. Anyone with information is urged to contact Special Ranger Dumas at 979-828-5832.
