The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Foundation offers scholarships to students pursuing a degree program in agriculture or an agriculture-related programs such as animal science, pre-vet, agribusiness, range management or wildlife. Applicants must graduating high school seniors or college undergraduates currently enrolled or accepted at an accredited university in Texas or Oklahoma. Applicants are selected on the basis of their interest in the industry, leadership, academic achievement and financial need. Applications are due Feb. 1, 2015, and are awarded in March.
