Feeder steers and heifers sold $4 to $5 lower. Trade was moderately active on moderate demand. Slaughter cows and bulls firm to $1 higher.
Most hay classes traded steady with instances $20 lower as new crop begins to trickle onto the market.
In the Texas High Plains grain markets the bulk of bids were mostly unchanged to 11 cents lower on grain sorghum; 4 to 6 cents lower on wheat; mostly unchanged to 1 cents lower on corn.
