Please tell us how Important private property rights are to you

Strengthening private property rights is a top priority for TSCRA. After visiting with many members and landowners across Texas, it’s clear that our state’s eminent domain laws need serious reform. TSCRA welcomes your input and involvement on eminent domain issues as we prepare for the upcoming 85thTexas legislative session. In an effort to collect information from private property owners, we are asking for you to participate in a survey by visiting this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HNDL3XZ. The data we receive from those who complete this survey will be extremely useful as we work on important eminent domain issues.
Additionally, the Senate State Affairs Committee will conduct a hearing on Tues. March 29 at 9:00 a.m. to review the current eminent domain process. TSCRA has been invited to testify and we encourage landowners with concerns on this issue to attend. TSCRA welcomes and appreciates your involvement as we work to better protect your constitutional private property rights.
