TSCRA hosted their annual New Leader Conference at headquarters in Fort Worth this week for the association’s newly-elected officers, directors and committee leaders. The two-day conference included training on dealing with the media and educational sessions about how TSCRA is organized, develops policy and operates on a day-to-day basis. Attendees also heard from guest speakers about current and future political and legislative as well as market and financial issues, and how this will affect the cattle industry.
