Marchant: A simpler tax code is good for business

“Here we are in Downtown Grapevine. This Main Street is just like thousands spread across America.  
“Each of these storefronts represents hardworking men and women trying to make a profit and live the American dream.  
“Their biggest enemy is a massive, out of control tax code and tax rates that keep many of them from ever reaching their dreams.  
“It is time for Congress to take the burden off of them with a simple tax code and lower tax rates.”
