A Medina County pecan grower has prevailed in his lawsuit claiming the Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) overstepped its bounds in restricting water permits. The Texas Supreme Court denied the EAA’s petition for review of the lawsuit filed by the owners of two pecan orchards west of San Antonio.
