The Cattle Raisers Expo is where the region’s best ranchers and landowners come to see what’s new
With more than 3700 attendees in 2015, the Cattle Raisers Convention and Expo is the region’s largest annual ranching and cattle industry event.
Reserve your space at the 2016 Expo, April 8 to 10, Fort Worth, by contacting Gina Bryson, [email protected], 817-614-3830, or Shawn McCoy, [email protected], 817-929-8597
The ranchers and cattle raisers who attend the Cattle Raisers Expo identify themselves as innovators, leaders and early adopters. Collectively they own or manage 1/3 of the cattle in Texas on more than 73 million acres of range and pasture. These are the customers you want to reach. And they are all in one place at the Cattle Raisers Expo. According to the Center for Exhibition Industry Research:

  • Expo leads are 38 percent less expensive to close
  • Expo leads are 31 percent less expensive to contact
  • Expo sales average only 1.6 calls to close

If you sell to ranchers, landowners, farmers, or hunters, you need to make plans to exhibit at the Cattle Raisers Expo!
Get the most out of your Cattle Raisers Expo experience by attending the free Cattle Raisers Exhibitor Academy, Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Whether this is your first Cattle Raisers Expo or you have been attending for years, the Cattle Raisers Exhibitor Academy will deliver the education you need to succeed at the Cattle Raisers Expo and beyond. It’s one day of learning how to improve your Cattle Raisers Expo experience, increase your ROI, and get the most out of your exhibit.
And, it’s free! Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and The Cattleman magazine will be providing all your needs from parking to lunch. All you need to do is make your way to Irving, Texas.
Why do we need an Exhibitor Academy?
Following the 2015 Cattle Raisers Expo TSCRA convened a working group of exhibitors to evaluate all elements of the event to make suggestions to improve the event for all exhibitors. These changes will be coming to life in April 2016 at the Cattle Raisers Expo. We are implementing the suggested improvements to the event and want to share this information with you so you can get the most value from participating in the 2016 Cattle Raisers Expo.
What will you learn at the Exhibitor Academy?

  • What will change at the 2016 Cattle Raisers Expo
  • How to increase your return on your event investment
  • How to save money and stay within budget
  • What Convention attendees are looking for when making purchases
  • How to target your buyers
  • How to get your brand noticed

Who may attend?
The Exhibitor Academy is open to all previous Cattle Raisers Expo exhibitors and organizations who are interested in exhibiting.
How do I register?
Register online by clicking here. The Exhibitor Academy is a free event. Space is limited, so sign up today. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Approximately two weeks before the event we will send full details about the event location and the final agenda.
See you on Oct. 28, 2015!!
