An Invitation from President Pete Bonds

FtWorthArt_600x200
SPONSORED CONTENT – If you own land or livestock in Texas and the Southwest, I invite you to the 2016 Cattle Raisers Convention, April 8 to 10, at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
This event is hosted by Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) as a service to the ranching community in Texas and the Southwestern region of the U.S.

TSCRA President Pete Bonds

We will provide educational sessions and discussions of issues important to landowners. We will take a look at what the new buzzword “sustainability” means in the beef industry. We will provide education on practical ranching techniques for range and pasture management, brush control and maintaining healthy herds. We will learn how private property rights are being defended in cases involving surface use and eminent domain — hearing from those directly involved in the fight.
We will host a 2-day Expo that will give you plenty of time to do business with companies that offer the products and services ranchers need.
In addition, we will have time to enjoy each other’s company with good beef meals and good music.
I encourage you to attend the entire event, but if you can spare only a day away from your obligations, we offer 1-day packages that are exceptional values.
This convention is especially important to the Bonds family. I will pass the gavel to the next TSCRA president at the Closing General Session on April 10. It has been an honor and privilege to serve as president of TSCRA. I thank my wife Jo, daughters Missy, April and Bonnie and her husband Clint for their support during my term, and for taking on the tough job of keeping our ranch running and me organized.
Please join my family and me at the 2016 Cattle Raisers Convention, for more knowledge about your ranch and the entire beef industry and for more opportunities to enjoy the fellowship of the ranching community.
Whether you can come to the Cattle Raisers Convention for a day or for the entire weekend, this event is a worthwhile investment in your business.
