TSCRA Special Ranger Kenny Murchison, Dist. 20 in south-central Texas, reports the theft of 13 head of calves and a cattle trailer from a Williamson County property near Georgetown. Sometime between July 11 and 12 an unknown person or persons cut locks on adjoining property’s gate to steal 13 calves weighing around 300 pounds, each. The calves are 11 black with white faces, 1 red and 1 white, with no brands, ear notches or tags. The stolen trailer is a black with white tarp 24-foot gooseneck. It has butterfly gates on the rear and one of the rear top bars is bent. TSCRA offers a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and/or grand jury indictment of individuals for theft of livestock or related property. Anonymity is guaranteed.
