TSCRA Crime Watch: Cattle missing in northeast and central OK

TSCRA Special Ranger Bart Perrier, Dist. 24 in Oklahoma, reports two cases of missing cattle The first case involves cow and calf missing since April 27 from a pasture near Wilson in Carter County. The cow is  black Brangus, weighs approximately 1200 pounds and has a brand of a 0 with a bar through it on the left hip. The unbranded calf is white and weighs approximately 250 pounds. The second case involves 4 first-calf heifers and calves missing since May 15 from a property near Bearden in Okfuskee County. The cows weigh approximately 850 pounds, each, have a JS brand on the left hip and pink numbered ear tags in left ears. Three of the cows are black Angus crosses with black unbranded calves; and the last cow is red with a white star. She has a red calf.
