Crime Watch: Hay bale theft, Angus bull missing in Oklahoma

TSCRA Special Ranger Derek Helmke, District 3 in south Central Oklahoma, reports hay bales stolen and a bull missing in Carter County. Sometime after Dec. 24 a thief or thieves drove onto a property south of Lone Grove in Carter County to steal 12 to 16 bales of 4×6 net wrap hay. The net is blue-green with orange stripe wrap. A four-year-old registered Angus bull also went missing from a property 2 miles south of Wilson. The bull has a “5224” freeze brand  on the left hip. Anyone with information on these cases is urged to contact Special Ranger Helmke at 580-319-1757 or the Operation Cow Thief tipline at 888-830-2333.
