TSCRA Special Ranger Wayne Goodman, District 10 in Central Texas, reports a flatbed trailer stolen from a property in Rising Star in Eastland County sometime after May 23. The trailer is a black 2017 Kearney 32-by-6-foot dovetail flatbed tandem axle trailer, LP FST-K83, VIN 5LCFT3221H1043928. There is yellow lettering on the tongue.
