What are today’s consumers thinking about when they are buying beef for their families? That topic was discussed earlier this month in a consumer focus group held in conjunction with the US Roundtable for Sustainable Beef’s recent meeting in Oklahoma City. President of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association Weston Givens of Arnett, Okla., had the chance to sit in on that focus group to get a glimpse of what is on the minds of those consumers who participated in the panel.
