Crime Watch: Updated brand for cattle missing in SE OK

TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings, District 5, reported 8 head of cattle missing from a property near Idabel in MCurtain County, Okla., last week, but the brand had been misidentified. What follows is the corrected report. Missing are 4 black Brangus-type heifers weighing approximately 700 pounds, each; 3 black Brangus-type heifers with motley, or white-marked, faces weighing approximately 700 pounds, each; and 1 Hereford heifer weighing approximately 700 pounds. All cattle had a LH connected brand on the left shoulder. Anyone with information is urged to contact Special Ranger Cummings at 918-342-0888 or the Operation Cow Thief tipline at 888-830-2333.
