It has been an exciting couple of days for all those following developments on the livestock transportation front, including legislation that would affect electronic logging devices (ELDs) and Hours of Service rules for livestock haulers. Two new pieces of legislation – one in the Senate and one in the House – were introduced with the goal of providing much-needed relief for livestock haulers across the country.
