TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings, Dist. 5 in northeast Oklahoma, reports a bull and 2 cows missing since July 5 from a pasture near Afton in Ottowa County. Missing are a 6-year-old black bull weighing approximately 1600 pounds with a bar over X brand on the right hip; and two 8-year-old black cows weighing around 1200 pounds, each, with a W bar brand on their right hips and a backward 7 notch in their left ears.
