Two alleged Oklahoma cattle thieves were being held in the McClain County Detention Center on multiple complaints of knowingly concealing stolen property. Madeline Draughon, 35, and Austin Temple, 33, were arrested at Purcell Livestock Auction by Col. Jerry Flowers, chief agent of investigative services at the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture. Suspicions were raised at the sale barn when CT Stallings, who has run the auction for more than 40 years, recognized the brand on 7 head of cattle brought in for sale. Stallings immediately called the owner of the brand, who came to see the cattle and verified they were his, and had been stolen from his ranch in Elmore City. Col.
