An immersive program offering a hands-on look at the beef industry from pasture to plate through tours, industry connections and leadership development opportunities.

Leadership Launch
Provides high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to visit industry leaders, gain an understanding of the legislative process and develop their professional skills.

2026 Ag Advocacy & Policy Field day
Students in grades 10–12 are invited to explore agricultural policy and build an advocacy plan Nov. 10 at the National Ranching Heritage Center in Lubbock.
The program runs from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch is included, with Texas Tech Davis College tours to follow.
