TSCRA testifies in support of state brush control program

TSCRA Director Stephen Diebel, Victoria, testified Tuesday at the State Capitol in Austin. Diebel testified before the Texas House Agriculture and Livestock Committee in support of the state brush control program administered by the Texas Soil Water and Conversation Board.
