TSCRA Special Ranger Hal Dumas, District 21 in southeast Texas, reports the theft of pipe from a property in south Brazos County. Sometime at the end of January or beginning of February, a thief or thieves cut locks on a gate to steal several joints of pipe. Anyone with information is urged to contact Special Ranger Dumas at 979-828-5832.
