TSCRA Special Ranger Bart Perrier, District 4 in northesastern Oklahoma, reports the theft of a horse trailer near Glenpool in Tulsa County. On Aug. 6 a thief or thieves cut a lock and chain at the property to steal a two-horse bumper pull slant Sundowner Sportsman horse trailer, SN: 135KC1322G1KB1440.
