TSCRA Special Ranger John Cummings, Dist. 5 in northeastern Oklahoma, reports 22 head of Holstein steers stolen from a pasture near Big Cabin in Rogers County. The 22 steers, which weighed from 800 to 1000 pounds, each, had multi-colored numbered ear tags and were last seen on June 1.
