TSCRA Crime Watch: Calf killed in NE Texas

TSCRA Special Ranger Larry Hand, Dist. 13 in East Texas, reports the killing and mutilation of a 3-day-old calf at a property near Lindale in Smith County on the evening of June 25 or early morning of June 26.
