TSCRA Special Ranger Steve Martin, Dist. 30 in South Texas, reports the theft of a bull calf from a property near Normanna in Bee County. Last month a thief or thieves tied up a net wire fence in a creek area to steal a 250-pound dun colored bull calf with no marks or brands.
