TSCRA Special Ranger Brett Wellden, District 3 in Central Oklahoma, reports a buckskin filly missing in Washita County. The 6-month-old horse was last seen on Aug. 15 at a property near New Cordell. Anyone with information is urged to contact Special Ranger Wellden at 405-586-9145.
