TSCRA Special Ranger Marvin Wills, Dist. 15 in Central Texas, reports the theft of 5 head of black cattle from a property near Hico in Hamilton County some time after Sept. 30. Missing are a black cow branded with a CC on the left hip or loin, 3 black bull calves and one black heifer calf weighing 150 to 200 pounds, each.
