TSCRA Special Ranger Tommy Charbula, Dist. 24 in southeast Texas, reports 3 cattle shot in a pasture near Richmond in Fort Bend County. The 3 cattle were apparently shot with a 22-caliber weapon from a nearby road some time on Jan. 25. Two bulls survived, but a cow died. Anyone with information in this case is urged to call Special Ranger Charbula at 361-782-5209. Anonymous tipsters can also call the Operation Cow Thief hotline at 888-830-2333.
