Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers sold mostly steady. Trade was active on moderate to good demand. Temperatures were more spring-like with thunderstorms in the north Panhandle. Slaughter cows and bulls traded mostly steady. Hay trades are steady in all regions. In the Texas High Plains grain markets the bulk of bids were three to 11 cents lower on grain sorghum; mostly four cents lower on wheat; and six to eight cents lower on corn.
