Texas ranchers are seeing the effects of decreased capacity in meat processing plants

Missy Bonds, manager of Bonds Ranch headquartered in Saginaw, Texas, says there is no meat shortage, but a bottleneck at the meat processing plants due to COVID-19, has caused uncertainty in the market and volatility in cattle prices.
