The National Weather Service has placed the majority of the Metroplex under a winter weather advisory with a winter storm warning for counties south. Driving conditions are expected to deteriorate as a strong cold front with freezing precipitation moves through the area on Monday evening. Temperatures aren’t expected to warm enough Tuesday morning to melt any ice or snow that accumulates overnight, so TSCRA has canceled the Ranching 101 session planned for Tuesday, Jan. 16. The safety of our participants is foremost and we know quite a few of you travel long distances to be with us, so please take care if you have to get on the roads. We are working with the speaker to reschedule and will send the new date out as soon as possible.
