Information sought on theft at Presidio USDA facility

TSCRA Special Ranger Mike Barr is seeking information on the theft of 3 horses and a mule from a United States Department of Agriculture facility in Presidio, Texas.
Barr said that forced entry was gained onto the USDA property on the night of Sat., Feb. 7 or the morning of Sun., Feb. 8. The suspect(s) cut the locks and chains that were securing the livestock pens and stole 3 horses and 1 mule.
