Feral hogs raise FMD outbreak fears

A House Agriculture subcommittee will be looking into the threat of foot and mouth disease on Thursday. Committee Chairman Mike Conaway tells Agri-Pulse that concerns are growing that the FMD virus could infect feral hogs, which are a huge problem in his home state of Texas, and then jump to livestock.
