TSCRA Special Ranger Jimmy Dickson, District 14 in East Texas, reports 13 black cows missing from a property near Oakwood in Freestone County sometime after Jan. 12. The 13 black Angus cows have red ear tags and are branded with RCE on the left hip. Anyone with information is urged to contact Special Ranger Dickson at 903-586-8733.
