Cattle thefts slightly up across Texas, Oklahoma in 2015

NBC DFW talked to TSCRA Special Rangers Wayne Goodman and Troy McKinney about the slight uptick in rural crime, including theft of livestock across Texas and Oklahoma last year. 6,423 head of livestock were reported missing or stolen in Texas and Oklahoma during 2015.
