Cattle Raisers Expo: Moving day for the big stuff and loads of dirt

It’s the first move-in day for the Cattle Raisers Expo in San Antonio! Large equipment, vehicles, trailers and mountains of dirt for the cattle handling area are being hauled into Hall 2 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Tomorrow is the main move-in day for small equipment and exhibit booths as we gear up for the start of the Cattle Raisers Convention and Expo.
The Expo opens at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, closing at 7:00 p.m. A Welcome Reception will begin at 6 p.m. with drinks and snacks available for attendees. The Expo opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Don’t miss the Law Enforcement Silent Auction and the exciting countdown to final bids at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. A live auction of special exclusive items will take place immediately after the silent auction closes.
There will also be a live cattle handling demonstration area and a learning lounge in the Expo. Get a chuteside lesson in weighing, equipment selection and safe handling techniques. Then join us in the learning lounge for a wide range of ranching topics. Hear straight from the experts about bull fertility, branding, brush busting and more.
TSCRA members get into the Expo for free and day passes are available for others who would like to take a look around. With more than 240 exhibitors and booths, there will be a little bit of everything. Everyone is invited, so bring your friends and neighbors!
