TSCRA Special Ranger Hal Dumas, Dist. 21 in Central Texas, reports the theft of a Kubota tractor from a property in Limestone County. Some time on Dec. 7 a thief or thieves cut a fence to steal the M70 Kubota Tractor with LA1153 loader.
