TSCRA Crime Watch: 3 cattle shot, 1 dies in Fort Bend County

TSCRA Special Ranger Tommy Charbula, Dist. 24 in southeast Texas, reports 3 cattle shot in a pasture near Richmond in Fort Bend County. The 3 cattle were apparently shot with a 22-caliber weapon from a nearby road some time on Jan. 25. Two bulls survived, but a cow died.
