200 attend Hamilton ranch gathering

About 200 ranchers, members and guests braved the heat to join us for a ranch gathering at the Circle T Arena in Hamilton last Thursday. Attendees heard  from TSCRA Special Ranger Marvin Wills, who gave a local law enforcement update, and TSCRA Executive Director of Legislative and Public Affairs Jason Skaggs, who gave an update on legislative and regulatory issues important to cattle raisers and landowners. TSCRA Past President John Dudley also talked about the benefits of being a member of the association.

Thanks to our sponsors Novartis Animal Health, Capital Farm Credit, Lone Star Ag Credit, Mix 30 by Agridyne, AgTexas Farm Credit Service and Hamilton Banking Center.

We have a number of ranch gatherings planned through the fall – be sure to check our event calendar at tscra.org to see if we’re having one on your area!
